The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-010K adopted on January 9, 2024, which contained an error in the tax year and refund amount.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-010K on January 9, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Swedish Medical Center, parcel number 28061-45176-031, tax year 2022. The correct tax year is 2021. The incorrect refund amount of $40,917.16 was place on the Board Summary Report. The correct refund amount is $40,907.16. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the correct tax year and refund amount to the property owner.
