The Board is requested to adopt a new resolution to properly set forth the correct tax year and refund amount to the property owner, as listed in the attached resolution.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-025 on January 23, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner East of Eden Enterprises Inc., parcel number 1973-03-2-00-007, tax year 2020. The incorrect refund amount of $13,518.51 was place on the Board Summary Report. The correct refund amount is $13,549.51. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the correct tax year and refund amount to the property owner.
