Purpose and Request:

recommended action

The purpose of this report is to request that the Board of County Commissioners approve the proposed non-disclosure agreement with the City of Centennial and to request authority for Phil Savino to sign the agreement.

end

Background and Discussion: The County has contracted with Converge Accessibility, LLC to assist with the development of its response to HB21-1110. Converge has also been working with the City of Centennial and wishes to share some of its work product from Centennial with the County. In order to do so, the County and Centennial have developed a Non-disclosure Agreement.

Fiscal Impact: The NDA will not cost the County anything and could save the County time and effort through sharing information with the City of Centennial.

Alternatives: The alternative would be for the BOCC to refuse to approve the NDA and the information created would not be shared with the County.

Alignment with Strategic Plan:

                     ☒Be fiscally sustainable

                     ☒Provide essential and mandated service

                     ☐Be community focused

Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approving as presented.

Concurrence: Phil Savino, Director, Information Technology
