Purpose and Request:
recommended action
The purpose of this report is to request the Board accept the conveyance of a slope easement for recordation by separate document and to adopt a resolution authorizing Bryan Weimer, Director, Department of Public Works and Development to execute the specific easement on behalf of the Board.
Staff has reviewed the slope easement and has determined that they meet the County's requirements. Staff recommends that the easement, granted by PCY HOLDINGS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company be accepted by the Board.
Actions Requested:
1. Approval and acceptance of the Slope Easement Agreement for the Easements within the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 65 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado.
2. Authorize Bryan Weimer, Director, Department of Public Works and Development to execute the specific easement on behalf of the Board.

Background and Discussion: The slope easement is located within the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 65 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, and is related to the project known as Sky Ranch Filing No. 7 Development (hereinafter referred to as "Plan").
Half of the frontage roadway improvements are required for N. Del Ray Street for Sky Ranch Filing No. 7 development. In order to ensure proper support for N. Del Ray Street, the roadway side slope is required to be constructed.
