Purpose and Request:
recommended action
The property owner, Copperleaf SFR Owner LLC, is requesting to vacate a temporary access easement, dedicated in Tract B of Copperleaf Filing No. 27 (see attached exhibit). The temporary access easement was required for emergency access to the site until a secondary access from Copperleaf Filing 28 was installed.

Background and Discussion: Copperleaf SFR Owner LLC processed a replat of Tracts B and Q, Copperleaf Filing No. 28 (PF21-005) establishing a 25-foot temporary emergency access to Copperleaf Filing No 27. The secondary access from Copperleaf 28 has been installed, at East Stanford Place, and the temporary emergency access is no longer necessary and is being vacated.
