Purpose and Request:

The applicant and property owner, PCY Holdings, LLC, is requesting to vacate two utility easements in the Sky Ranch subdivision based on the updated lot layout of Sky Ranch Filing No. 8 (PF24-001).

Background and Discussion:
The easements were originally dedicated with Sky Ranch Filing No. 6, and located within Lot 7 and 8 of Block 3. If Sky Ranch Filing No. 8 is approved by the Board, the utility easements will be located outside of the boundary of Lot 9 and 10 of Block 1, Filing No. 8. New utility easements are proposed as part of Filing No. 8.
Alternatives:
The Board of County Commissioners has alternatives that include the following:
1. Approve the proposed easement vacations.
2. Continue to a date certain for more information.
3. Deny the proposed easement vacation.
Fiscal Impact:
This request should have no fiscal impact on the County aside from enabling development.
