The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-216F adopted on August 20, 2024, which contained an error in the parcel number.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-216F on August 20, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner AutoZone Inc. #827, parcel number 2073-03-3-39-001, tax years 2021 and 2022. The correct parcel number is 1975-30-1-34-001. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the correct parcel number.
