Background and Discussion: The Colorado Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is an entity that is led by the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD). This is a grant funded task force that provides training, education and equipment to its members on a needs/request basis provided that the member agencies are in compliance with national standards and the CSPD requirements.
