The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-168M adopted on June 25, 2024, which contained an error in the refund calculation.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-168M on June 25, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Robert J. Hamner, parcel number 2073-27-1-01-005, tax year 2023. The correct refund amount is $50.56. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the refund amounts.
