The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-240K adopted on September 10, 2024, which contained an error in the refund calculation.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-240K on September 10, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Julie Sutton, parcel number 2075-20-1-25-011, tax year 2023. The correct refund amount is $2,597.62. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the refund amounts.
