The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-251E adopted on September 24, 2024, which contained an error in the refund calculation.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-251E on September 24, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Davidson Family Trust, parcel number 2077-27-4-30-001, tax year 2023. The correct refund amount is $284.05. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the refund amounts.
