The purpose of this update is to provide high-level overview of office location moves occurring in 2025.

Background and Discussion: Arapahoe County assumed the lease of the Willow facility when opening the public health department. The lease is set to expire in August 2025 and the plan has always been to move public health into a county-owned facility. Arapahoe County Facilities Department conducted a space study a few years ago and this move is part of a greater plan with multiple departments moving or modifying space.
Fiscal Impact: Not renewing the lease for the Willow property will save more than $600K. The cost to renovate Lima for public health has been built into the 2025 budget and recommended by the Executive Budget Committee to be funded.
