The purpose of this study session is to provide an update on the Coordinated Grant Pilot Program, including sharing grant program data, progress on the framework, and key insights.

Background and Discussion: The County launched its Coordinated Grant Pilot Program in January 2025 to cultivate grant funding to support projects and programs and ensure grant processes are well-defined and consistently followed. The Coordinated Grant Pilot Program has a series of actionable steps to achieve over the next 2-5 years. County Staff and LSI will provide updates on the progress of achieving goals in the framework, grant application data, and insights from applications prepared and pursued.
Alternatives: N/A
Fiscal Impact: The Coordinated Grant Pilot Program provides a positive fiscal impact to the County by securing additional funding and increasing grant application submittals for projects and programs.
Alignment with Strategic Implementation Strategies: The attached framework helps Arapahoe County institutionalize values-based, transparent decision-making, documenting how we make decisions and carry out actions to achieve the county’s strategic plan.
Staff Recommendation: N/A
Concurrence: The County’s Executive Team received updates on the Coordinated Grant Pilot Program and recommends the Board of County Commissioners also receive this data and insights.
