This resolution updates the appointment of acting director for the Public Works and Development Department.

Background and Discussion: This consent item updates Resolution No. 26-074 for the purpose of defining signature authorities for the public works and development department. Community Resources Director, Katherine Smith, will be Acting Director of Public Works and Development during the transition process, responsible for approving delegated administrative matters including establishing a designee - Ceila Rethamel, engineering division manager - for routine items as directed.
Alternatives: The Board could choose not to update the resolution on acting Public Works and Development Director.
