Background and Discussion: The drainage easements are in the Section 24, Township 5 South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, and is related to the development known as Sea Community& Events Center (hereinafter referred to as "Administrative Site Plan”).

The Site lies within the West Toll Gate Creek Basin. Existing flows from the site enters storm sewer that leads to the West Toll Gate Creek. The three easements are for an inflow storm sewer, an extended detention basin, and for an outfall storm sewer needed to serve the development.  The easements are described and memorialized in the Uniform Easement Deed and Revocable Storm Drainage License Agreement.
