This is an informational update acknowledging the two recent awards presented to the Arapahoe County Public Works and Development department by the American Public Works Association (APWA), Colorado Chapter.

Alignment with Strategic Plan: Good Governance - Increase collaboration to break down silos and maximize resources.                      

 

Background and Discussion: Arapahoe County has received the following APWA awards:

                     Parks and Trails for a Large Community for the Inverness Drive West Bike Path project, and

                     Administration for a Large Community for the Arapahoe County and Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (SEMSWA) Infrastructure Partnership

 

Cherry Hills Public Works Director and APWA Colorado Chapter President, Jay Goldie, will present the awards.
