Purpose and Request:

The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-216A adopted on August 20, 2024, which contained an error in the refund calculation.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-216A on August 20, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Southglenn Property Holdings, LLC, parcel number 2077-26-1-30-019, tax years 2021 and 2022. The correct refund amount for tax year 2021 is $17,848.31 and the correct refund amount for tax year 2022 is $18,177.90. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the refund amounts.
