The Board of County Commissioners is requested to consider the release of a lien filed in the amount of $840.00 for the property located on 2453 S. Wabash St. Staff recommends the release of the lien at this property.

Background and Discussion: Through resolution 190075, a lien was filed against the property located at 2453 S. Wabash St., Denver, CO 80231. for mowing services rendered on July 20, 2018. The lien has been paid in full by the property owner.
Alternatives: No alternatives exist for the action requested.
Fiscal Impact: The cost of the work performed on 2453 S. Wabash St. is as follows: $680.00 for the cost of the work performed, $160.00 for incidental costs assessed in accordance to County Ordinance 2021-1 resulting in a total cost of $840.00.
