The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-010L adopted on January 9, 2024, which contained an error in the refund amount.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-010L on January 9, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Medical Center of Aurora, parcel number 28061-05000-001, tax year 2021. The incorrect refund amount of $46,671.62 was place on the Board Summary Report. The correct refund amount is $49,671.62. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the correct tax year and refund amount to the property owner.
