The purpose of this study session is to provide the Board with an annual update from their economic development partner, I-70 Regional Economic Advancement Partnership (REAP).

Background and Discussion: Each year, economic development partners that receive funding from the County provide an annual update that provides the Board with important information regarding their impact and needs.
This year, partners were asked to provide information on the following items (as they are able in the time provided):
