The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-132O adopted on May 14, 2024, which contained an error in the refund amounts for tax years 2021 and 2022.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-132O on May 14, 2024, approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Lois J. Rutledge Trust, parcel number 1975-19-2-21-001, tax years 2021 and 2022. An error occurred when calculating the refund amounts. The correct refund amount is $613.61 for tax year 2021 and the correct refund amount is $594.44 for tax year 2022. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the correct refund amounts to the property owner.
