The property owner, Property 292, LLC (John Wakeman) and Sharon Dowhan in conjunction with Plan West Inc., is requesting approval of a General Development Plan (GDP), known as Eastgate, located at the southwest corner of Interstate 70 and N. The GDP proposes zoning for approximately 405,000 square-feet of commercial, retail, and light industrial property and approximately 1,000 single-family attached and multi-family residential uses.
