Background and Discussion: After 38 years of dedicated service to Arapahoe County, Patrick Holwell is retiring from his position as Workforce Economist, effective December 31, 2026. This resolution recognizes his contributions and commitment to the community and to Arapahoe/Douglas Works! and the Community Resources department.
