Purpose and Request:
recommended action
The purpose of this report is to request the Board accept the conveyance of a temporary drainage easement for recordation by separate document and to adopt a resolution authorizing Bryan Weimer, Director, Department of Public Works and Development to execute the specific easements on behalf of the Board.
Staff has reviewed these easements and has determined that it meet the County's requirements. Staff recommends that the easement granted by PCY HOLDINGS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, be accepted by the Board.
Actions Requested:
1. Approval and acceptance of Temporary Drainage Easement Agreement for the Easement in a part of SW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 4 S, Range 65 W of the 6th P.M., County of Arapahoe, Colorado.
2. Authorize Bryan Weimer, Director, Department of Public Works and Development to execute the specific easements on behalf of the Board.

Background and Discussion: The drainage easements are located in A PART OF SW 1/4 SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 65 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, and is related to the development known as Sky Ranch Subdivision Filing No.5, Tract N - Temporary Fire Station (hereinafter referred to as "Plan"). There is one major drainageway in the area, First Creek. This development seeks to discharge approved quantities and flows of clean stormwater into the County's storm drainage collector facility, the detention and water quality pond, Pond C, on the First Creek.
