The Department of Human Services seeks direction and signature from the BoCC on the Colorado Works (CW) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Background and Discussion: Arapahoe County Department of Human Services is requesting the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to sign the Colorado Works (CW) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This MOU is between Arapahoe County and the Colorado State Department of Human Services (CDHS) for the term from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025 and identifies the County’s duties and responsibilities in implementing the Colorado Works program. The MOU must be reaffirmed annually through an amendment signed by both parties. This was presented and discussed at Drop-In Study Session on October 4, 2022, with the plan to move to Consent Agenda for formal approval.
