Background and Discussion:
The Aid to Agencies program is a grant program developed to financially support non-profit organizations that address service gaps within the county. Safety Net awards fund critical and essential services that the County is unable to provide. Funds for the Safety Net awards were approved during the adoption of the 2025 budget.

Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes Sec. 24-18-109, a local government official who serves on the board of directors of a nonprofit entity shall publicly announce his or her relationship with the nonprofit entity before voting on a matter that provides a direct and substantial economic benefit to the nonprofit entity.

The January 25, 2025, public meeting consent agenda included a request for authorization for the Chair to sign all of the Aid to Agency Agreements, including the agreement with AllHealth Network. The item was approved without the statutory disclosure.

As required by state statute, staff hereby discloses on behalf of Commissioner Warren-Gully that she serves on the Board of Directors for AllHealth Network.

Staff recommends approval of the grant with AllHealth Network in the amount of $179,540.00.

Alternatives: The Board could decide not to fund these agreements.

Fiscal Impact: The fiscal impact is $179,540.00.

Alignment with Strategic Plan:
