At the September 10, 2024, business meeting, the Board of County Commissioners approved an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) regarding the South Metro Enterprise Zone with the City of Englewood. It granted signing authority for the IGA to Bryan Weimer, Public Works and Development Director subject to final approval as to form by the County Attorney's Office. The final version of the IGA as approved and also signed by the City of Englewood is attached. A revised resolution approves this version and authorizes Bryan Weimer to sign this version.
