The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 25-091B adopted on March 25, 2025, which contained an error in the referee’s recommendation.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 25-091B on March 25, 2025 denying the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Atigheh Targhi, parcel number 2073-07-1-06-002, tax year 2023. The correct referee recommendation is for approval, reducing the original actual value from $553,000 to a new actual value of $529,600, allowing a refund in the amount of $109.15. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the correct value and refund amount.
