The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 24-100K adopted April 9, 2024, which contained an error in the refund amount.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 24-100K on April 9, 2024 approving the Petition for Abatement for Petitioner Jennifer Seidman, parcel number 2077-33-3-02-006, tax year 2023. An error occurred when calculating the refund amount. The correct refund amount is $68.56. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the correct refund amount to the property owner.
