The purpose of this request is for the Board to adopt a resolution correcting Resolution No. 25-118N adopted on May 13, 2025. Resolution No. 25-118N indicates the following petitions for abatement were denied; however, they were approved, and the petition is entitled to a refund.

Background and Discussion: The Board adopted Resolution 25-118N on May 13, 2025, approving the Petition for Abatement for the below-listed Petitioner Mohinder Grover, parcel numbers 2073-09-3-02-060, 2073-09-2-07-022 and 2073-09-3-27-006, for tax year 2023. The Board should adopt one (1) new resolution to properly set forth the petitions are approved and are due refunds.
