Purpose and Request:

For the property located on 3091 S. Holly Pl., staff recommends the release of a lien filed in the amount of $606.80.

Background and Discussion:  On February 6, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners imposed a lien in the amount of $606.80 on the property located at 3091 S. Holly Pl., Denver, CO 80222.  That lien is now paid in full.

 

Alternatives: No alternatives exist for the action requested. 

 

Fiscal Impact: The cost of the work performed on 3091 S. Holly Pl. is as follows:  $438.00 for the cost of the work performed, $168.80 for incidental costs assessed in accordance to County Ordinance 2021-1 resulting in a total cost of $606.80.
