Background and Discussion: The 2021 Reappropriation of the 2020 Budget was originally considered during the March 23, 2021 Business Meeting. The 2021 Reappropriation of the 2020 Budget General Business Item was properly noticed. This item was correctly presented, had the public hearing opened for public comment, and was appropriately considered by the Board. The motion to adopt the resolution approving this item was incorrect. The intent of the Board was to approve the adoption of the 2021 reappropriation of the 2020 budget.  This item is to put the correct action into the record. The resolution approved for this item will supersede the action from the previous meeting.

Fiscal Impact: The fiscal impact is the same as originally intended for the March 23, 2021 General Business Item.
