Approve a resolution to increase the allowable number of members appointed to the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority and make appointments therewith.

Background and Discussion: In 2018, the Board of County Commissioners reduced the number of allowable members on the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority (ACWWA) Board of Directors to seven through Resolution No. 180147. Given constituent interest, it is appropriate to restore the number of members back to nine members.
The resolution also includes reappointments of two ACWWA Board members for final terms.
Alternatives: The Board could choose not to approve the resolution.
