The purpose of this request is to obtain approval for a resolution appointing arbitrators for the 2021 property tax appeals.

Background and Discussion: Appointment requested pursuant to C.R.S. §39-8-108.5
Taxpayers are allowed to request arbitration of their property tax values and Arapahoe County is required by law to appoint arbitrators to hear these appeals. This year’s proposed arbitrators are:
Michael A. Dougan, CBA, CVA, ASA
Steve Ketcham, MAI
Michael R. Nash, MAI
Bonnie Roerig, MAI
John Seward, Certified General Appraiser
Jennifer Stompor, Certified Residential Appraiser
Jo Ann Apostol, Certified Residential Appraiser
Alternatives: None.
