Purpose and Request:

The purpose of this report is to request the Board to approve the acceptance of right-of-way along East Quincy Avenue for recordation by separate document.
Staff has reviewed the right-of-way document and has determined that it meets the County's requirements. Staff recommends said rights-of-way, granted by SCHULTJANN HOLDING, LLC, be accepted by the Board.
Actions Requested:
1. Approval and acceptance of the warranty deed for the right-of-way within A PARCEL OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED RECORDED UNDER RECEPTION NO. E1158661 IN THE RECORDS OF THE ARAPAHOE COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER, LOCATED IN SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 64 WEST OF THE 6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, and its respective legal description and exhibit as rights-of-way.

Background and Discussion: The dedicated right-of-way is located within a PARCEL OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED RECORDED UNDER RECEPTION NO. E1158661 IN THE RECORDS OF THE ARAPAHOE COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER, LOCATED IN SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 64 WEST OF THE 6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, and is related to the development known as Watkins Recycling Facility Development.
The right-of-way is required for the Quincy Avenue roadway improvements fronting the Watkins Recycling Facility Development, and must be dedicated to the County prior to Plan being approved by the Engineering Services Division.
